One of my favorites parts of being a professional photographer is when I receive calls from wedding clients inquiring about family photography. Kristin and Andrew were married a few years back at Atkinson Farm and called me about the birth of their baby boy, Logan.
When photographing newborns it is always important to know the ideal time of day for the photo session. When I spoke with Kristin a few days before we decided mid-morning was great as Logan was happiest during that window of time and he surely was! He was awake for the first half and then dozed off which allowed us to get some sweet sleeping baby images in his cradle and also offered some intimate skin to skin images.
I captured the session at the clients' home for convenience and to also show off the nursery they put together for their baby boy. Check out some of my favorites from this newborn/family photo session.
As we approach spring time please let us know if you would like to consider an updated family session. These sessions are always offered at a location of your choice here in the Triad area of NC, but available for travel as well. Packages begin at $275 and include a proof gallery of the best selections. We also provide in house custom framing and printing services.
