I have worked with and become great friends with the Hoover family over the last few years and we had the unique opportunity to capture this year's family photo session in the snow. Greensboro only gets a few snow storms each winter if any, so we took advantage of the monster snow storm that came earlier in December and could not of asked for better photography conditions for our session together.
My wife Erin and I moved into a new construction home a few months back which backs up to the woods and had the chance to utilize the setting for our snow shoot as well as take advantage of our outdoor living area/fire pit.
I have been a photographer here in Greensboro for many years but have only had the opportunity to capture snow shoots a handful of times, so I certainly took advantage of our time together as Isla was in a really good mood. We were able to start a fire and had some hot cocoa to finish off the photo shoot, which really made for some awesome photos.
This was one of the last family photography sessions for 2018 and thankful for the many families and other clients of Micciche Photography that we have served. This year rounds out 14 years as a professional photographer here in triad area of North Carolina and look forward to many more.
