Micciche Photography has been documenting weddings since 2005 and every year I am blown away by unique features of the weddings I get to capture. Kim and Andrew's wedding this past April was one of those events that blew me away and had the best fireworks display I have ever seen at a wedding reception.
Kim and Andrew were married this past April at their home in Madison, NC. Andrew is a long time commercial photo client of mine and I was excited when he called the studio and told me about his engagement and wedding plans. I sat down with the couple at their home and walked through the process of photography and also provided them an awesome list of other wedding vendors I love to work with and refer when able. It is always great to provide my couples with quality wedding vendors and this group I offered up was the dream team.
As I mentioned in the title of this blog article, the ending of the reception was a blow out and incredible fireworks display. Andrew made a trip to SC for a massive firework purchase and was of course beyond excited for his friends to set this display off. He has a small pond on his property with a boat house and dock where a mortar setup was made of wood and pvc piping to shoot off the fireworks. The display was extra impressive because we were so close to it all and the explosions were larger than life. It was a perfect end to a successful wedding and so thankful to have awesome clients such as Andrew and Kim. Congrats on their marriage and life together.
